We have built a solid track record of successful project delivery for our clients in Australia and overseas.
This experience has allowed us to understand and plan for the key technical, logistical and safety considerations associated with the delivery of such projects. It has also allowed us to refine our methodologies to improve the efficiency of survey and the power of the results.
We have delivered surveys, inspections and monitoring programs for clients in maritime, oil and gas and renewables industries throughout Australia and overseas, including on some of Australia’s largest oil and gas or coastal development projects.
Across most of our projects we are able to reduce cost, time and safety risk for our clients by implementing diverless survey methods coupled advanced data collection and processing technology.
We regularly support our clients by delivering both environmental and engineering related survey requirements in the same campaigns. This multi discipline approach can reduce the number of survey mobilisations and contractors resulting in considerable time and cost savings for projects.
- class surveys and inspections
- pre and post construction surveys for wharves, marinas, pipelines and infrastructure
- vessel hull and ballast tank inspections

- bathymetric surveys
- marine biosecurity inspections
To ensure our clients receive benefit from subject matter experts in every discipline, we collaborate closely with specialist contractors to augment our service offering. For asset integrity and maintenance inspections Geo Oceans partners with Vertech who provide inspection engineers, NDT specialists, inspection supervisors as well as Rope Access Advanced Riggers and Scaffold technicians. For projects that require vessels, survey grade positioning, bathymetric survey data or accredited marine biosecurity inspections, we partner with specialist sub-contractors who work closely with our team to deliver projects. We can contract and manage these services on behalf of our clients or work with pre-existing client contractors as required. We have experience effectively integrating our operations and projects with many other simultaneous project campaigns and contractors.
Depending on client and project requirements, we provide a range of different reporting solutions to suite each project and the relevant client or regulatory specified standards. From basic metadata reports provided with raw data, through to detailed technical reports, statistical analysis, mapping and data interpretation prepared by marine scientists, surveyors, subsea engineers or inspection engineers.
