ROV Bulk Load Wharf Inspection

Geo Oceans was engaged by Vale to conduct a General Visual Inspection (GVI) of a bulk load wharf in Prony Bay, New Caledonia. The Bulk Load wharf serves as a nickel export terminal and transhipment point for local ore shipments.

The scope included GVI inspection of wharf pylons and anodes whilst the wharf was still operational, minimising possible downtime to normal wharf operations.

High Definition video and inspection observation data was recorded and delivered to the client in an efficient and organised manner.
