FPSO Penetration Isolation

Woodside - Okha FPSO

A pneumatic plug was inserted into a 50 mm diameter penetration to isolate a boiler blow down valve for an internal replacement of the valve. The plug was inserted and the valve was replaced in 6 hours with minimal disruption to the facility. The ROV control station and LARS was setup in the stores laydown on the aft of the FPSO vessel.
